Our web-based Quality/Operations system allows you the flexibility to start the repair process in two ways – you can receive quotes by calling us on the phone during business hours and you will ALWAYS speak with a Power Clinic associate. Or, you can generate quote requests through our website and we’ll quickly respond. If it’s a new unit for us, we may ask you to send it in for a free evaluation so we can provide an informed repair quote.

Power Clinic Warranty and Return Statement
Power Clinic also offers one year warranties on most refurbished power supplies. Typical refurbishments include all new aluminum electrolytic capacitors, fan(s), and whatever else is wrong with the unit. This type of warranty is a “bumper to bumper” comprehensive type that warranties your unit for any reason pertaining to the operation of the unit under normal circumstances. Refurbishments extend the life cycle of the power supply by several years, depending on unit environment.
If a repaired item fails, the unit must be shipped to us prepaid within the warranty period. If the returned unit is found to be defective in workmanship or component failure, Power Clinic must be given at least one opportunity to repair the unit under warranty. We reserve the right to offer a refund, a replacement, or a credit towards the next repair. Power Clinic does not warranty any application software, user programs or firmware failures. Failures caused by misapplication, improper handling or installation, freight damage, operations above rated capacities, or negligence will not be considered valid warranties.
Warranty returns will be shipped back to you at Power Clinic’s expense using UPS Ground or equivalent shipping method. Power Clinic reserves the right to charge evaluation and shipping fees for units deemed fully functional or warranty items found to have been tampered with, altered, or, in the case of a standard warranty, to have failed for different reasons other than the original repair.
